Terms of Service
Terms and conditions governing the use of the HOSTED Academy learning portal and certification services.
1. Platform Provider
The HOSTED Academy portal (academy.hosted.hr) is operated by HOSTED Consulting. These Terms govern access to and use of online educational programmes, presentations, handbooks, quizzes, and digital certificates issued through the portal.
2. Access and Eligibility
Access to training programmes is provided via personal invitation or valid enrollment code provided by an authorized partner hotel or employer. Users must provide truthful information when activating their accounts.
3. User Accounts and Security
Learner accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Quizzes must be completed independently by the enrolled learner without unauthorized third-party assistance.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum content, slide decks, handbooks, video materials, questions, and branding are the exclusive property of HOSTED Consulting or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, public performance, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Certification and Verification
Certificates are automatically issued upon complete completion of all lessons in a programme and achieving the required pass mark on the associated knowledge check. Each certificate bears a unique verifiable serial number that can be publicly authenticated at academy.hosted.hr/verify/[serial]. HOSTED Consulting reserves the right to revoke any certificate obtained through fraudulent means.
